  • 7.30am Tea and fruit
  • 8.00am Mindfulness practice - active
  • 10.00am Breakfast
  • 11.00am Morning session 1
  • 1.00pm Lunch
  • 3.00pm Afternoon session 1
  • 5.00pm Mindfulness practice - reflective
  • 7.00pm Dinner
